It is important for all of us as parents and teachers to be aware of and to respect the potential of children. We value your child's input into our curriculum. We will incorporate your child's input whenever possible to develop an environment in which your children will feel they play an integral part. We believe children's interest increases when they feel they have made valuable contributions toward their activities for the day. Your child's attitude toward education and learning is very important. At POOH BEAR CHILDCARE and PRESCHOOL we want to make early learning experiences positive. We believe in play based learning and standards based learning theories. We hope that POOH BEAR can be a stepping-stone in promoting your child's ability to view learning as a lifelong process.
